The maximum bandwidth is the maximum amount of bandwidth that this version of
the shaper can pass, in Mb/s. Pricing of Dyband is partially based on the bandwidth
being managed by the shaper component. In the case of wholesale, the bandwidth
is shown as a range, as the amount of bandwidth purchased enables the buyer
to issue licenses at a variety of bandwidth levels.
