Danny Osadca Joins Investor Group
and Board of Dyband Corporation
OTTAWA, ONTARIO, CANADA (July 03, 2002)--Dyband,
a supplier of IP traffic management solutions to service providers
and enterprises worldwide, today announced that Danny Osadca,
a well known Ottawa businessman and president and CEO of the
Osadca Group, has joined Dyband Corporation's investor group
and become a member of its board of directors. Osadca is also
the vice chair of Tundra Semiconductor, a director of Potentia
Power Systems, and a director of Capital Alliance Venture
Fund. Osadca has over 25 years of executive business experience
in the electronics, manufacturing and government sectors and
was formerly the CEO of DY4 Systems.
